This Privacy Policy explains how DigiAppsPH collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit digiappsph.com, ask for a quote, or otherwise contact us. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

DigiAppsPH is the trade name of DigiAppsPH Software Publishing, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry and owned by Jeffrey Ignacio. For the information described in this policy, we are the personal information controller.
Business address: Unit 1716 Tower 2, Avida Towers Prime Taft, 2643 Taft Avenue, Pasay City, Metro Manila 1306, Philippines
Email: info@digiappsph.com
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Quote and contact requests: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of service you need, and what you tell us about your project.
- Emails and messages: anything you send us by email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Viber or phone, including attachments.
- If you become a client: your business name and address, the name and contact details of your representative, your Tax Identification Number and other details needed to prepare a proposal, contract and invoice, and payment records.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information or bank details) through the contact form. If a project needs it, we will agree a secure way to share it.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. Google's own privacy policy applies to that request.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
- To deliver the services you engage us for, and to manage our contract with you, including invoicing and collection.
- To keep records required by tax and accounting laws.
- To keep our website secure and working.
- To send you updates or offers about our services, only if you agree to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis
We process your personal information under Section 12 of the Data Privacy Act because:
- you consented, for example by ticking the consent box on our quote form;
- it is needed to take steps you asked for before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you;
- it is needed to comply with our legal obligations, such as Bureau of Internal Revenue record-keeping; or
- it is needed for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting: [Hosting provider]
- Email: [Email provider]
- Form delivery: [Form service, once the quote form is connected]
- Accounting and tax: our accountant or bookkeeper, if we engage one
These providers process information on our instructions and must protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law, a court order or a government agency, or to protect our legal rights.
6. Transfers outside the Philippines
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside the Philippines. When this happens, we remain responsible for your information and choose providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the Data Privacy Act.
7. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to a project: up to two (2) years from our last exchange, then deleted.
- Client records: for as long as our contract runs, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting laws require us to keep them.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
8. Cookies and analytics
Our website does not currently use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If we add any, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, password protection and multi-factor authentication on our accounts, and secure deletion when we no longer need it. No method is perfectly secure, but if a personal data breach occurs that is likely to harm you, we will notify you and the NPC as the law requires.
10. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is processed;
- access your personal information;
- object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have information erased or blocked when it is no longer needed or was unlawfully obtained;
- receive your information in a commonly used electronic format (data portability);
- be compensated for damages caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false or unlawfully obtained information; and
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To use any of these rights, email info@digiappsph.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
11. Data we handle for our clients
When we build or run websites and systems for our clients, such as booking, billing or payroll systems, we may process personal information of their customers and staff. In those cases our client is the personal information controller and we act as their personal information processor, under a written agreement with them. Questions about that information should go to the business you dealt with.
12. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
