1. About these terms
These terms cover the website only. When you engage us for a project, the services are governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you, such as a Website Development Agreement or a Software Subscription Agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement prevails.

DigiAppsPH is the trade name of DigiAppsPH Software Publishing, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry, owned by Jeffrey Ignacio, with business address at Unit 1716 Tower 2, Avida Towers Prime Taft, 2643 Taft Avenue, Pasay City, Metro Manila 1306, Philippines. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DigiAppsPH, and "you" means anyone using the website.
3. Using our website
You may browse the website and share links to it for personal or business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent;
- send spam, malicious code, or false or offensive content through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or our accounts, or interfere with how the website works;
- copy, scrape or republish the website or its content in bulk, or present it as your own; or
- use our name, logo or content in a way that suggests we endorse you when we do not.
We may suspend or block access to the website for anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Quotes and services
- Information on the website about our services, features, timelines and prices is general and may change. It is not an offer that you can accept to form a contract.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it, or 30 days if none is stated. Quotes are based on the information you give us, and may change if the scope changes.
- Free consultations are offered at our discretion and create no obligation for either party.
- A project starts only when both parties have signed a written agreement and any required down payment has been received.
5. Portfolio and examples
Some projects shown on the website are concept builds created to illustrate what we can do, and are labelled as such. They do not represent work done for a named client. Where we show client work, we do so with the client's permission.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, the DigiAppsPH name and logo, and code, belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). You may not use them without our written permission, except to view and share the website as allowed above. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their owners.
7. What you send us
When you send us information through the website, by email or by message, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Ideas and feedback you send us about our website or services can be used by us freely. Your project details are treated as confidential and handled under our Privacy Policy.
